The Development & Marketing Director is responsible for securing financial resources through events, fundraising, appeals and grants which supports CRT’s programs, services and mission.Helps to create and foster a culture of philanthropy within CRT.Plans, coordinates and ensures implementation of strategies to develop donors and contributions.The Director is also responsible for building and managing CRT’s brand, the maintenance of the CRT website and all aspects of marketing communications in order to raise awareness of the agency. Bachelor Degree with 10 years’ progressive experience/responsibility in business development, fundraising, donor relations and marketing.Master’s degree or Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation preferred.Demonstrated track record of private funding from diverse sources.Proven success in areas of individual and corporate giving as well as grant writing, event planning development and execution.Demonstrated success in leading a marketing team in creating and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans for diverse audiences, with a track record of delivering meaningful outcomes. High energy, outgoing, team player with a passion for CRT’s mission.
