We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Marketing Manager.
Responsible to support the overall management of the Marketing for RBWM business for Malaysia.
Responsible for implementation of new propositions, campaigns and strategies to contribute to the acquisition of more RBWM customers while able to contribute to the growth in balances and revenue for the business in accordance with the AOP.
Responsible to work closely with the relevant Product, Sales and Services teams to ensure that our customers' experience is at its highest quality at all times through effective communication and delivery of the product proposition as per the business directive and local priorities set by the line manager.
Responsible for ensuring consistency in the Global Branding for all products and consistency at every customer touch point.
To ensure stakeholders' interest and views are incorporated into the development and roll out of marketing initiatives for successful and timely roll out.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
At least a bachelor's degree in marketing/business/economics/communication or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years working experience in consumer products line or retail industry, may not be limited to card industry alone.
Evidence of strong analytical, statiscal to identify opportunities to grow the card business & drive incremental card merchant spend.
Ability to think out-of-the-box to craft innovative campaigns and able to establish strategies to drive on-grounf POSM visibility.
Evidence of strong business decision making & have good plannning & organisation skills.
Solid experience in project management, especially planning & executing marketing campaigns.
Possess positive attitude, capable of meeting deadline and proactive with a critical eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and maintain a good rapport with the stakeholders.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good team player, is self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to read/write in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
