As part of the Marketing team and reporting to the Managing Director, Marketing & Product Management, this position will manage HBX communications, content marketing, social, community & events efforts across the HBX brand and product lines, establishing and managing both departmental processes and serving as the liaison to HBS Marketing & Communications. The role will be responsible for our strategic development of marketing communications, press releases, presentations and newsletters as well as oversight of operational requirements for content approval with an eye on brand consistency and quality. In addition, this role will oversee the social media strategy and execution for HBX overall and individual courses. This person will manage junior members of the marketing team. Finally, the person in this role will be part of the externally facing team that meets with faculty, potential clients, alumni, and other interested parties to present on HBX and our products.
