The Marketing & Admissions Associate will be part of a team responsible for marketing efforts, recruiting new students, and admissions. The Marketing & Admissions Associate will report to the Director of Admissions and will be responsible for maintaining current marketing campaigns, developing new campaigns in existing and new markets, and working with current constituents.
The Marketing & Admissions Associate will join a team that is essential to growing a boarding school community with a firm understanding of Carson Long’s mission and the dynamics of an all-boys military academy. The candidate should be energetic, focused on success, and dedicated to achieving the Academy’s marketing and admissions goals. Strong organizational skills and focus on time-management is a must. In addition, The Marketing & Admissions Associate will develop collegial relationships with faculty, staff, students, and families, be a self-starter, be motivated, and meet deadlines.
The Marketing & Admissions Associate is a factor in education and the development of the whole student. The candidate will assume multiple facets of marketing and admissions and will be required to maintain a strong drive, work initiative, and high level of energy.

Requirements: A successful Marketing & Admissions Associate will ideal have 1-4 years of independent or boarding school admissions or marketing experience with a talent for communications and marketing. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, database systems, website maintenance technology, and social media is important. Ability to work with photography and videography equipment and software is strongly preferred. Applicants are required to have a Bachelors degree in a related field. PA State Police, FBI, and DPW background checks are required for the successful candidate. |
