§ Develop & implement annual commercial plan with alignment to global and AP strategy, in support of the SSB & CSM businesses § Ensure alignment with commercial program managers and field marketing on BU specific commercial activities. Ensure effective coverage in all relevant commercial campaigns and events § Manage the execution of BU specific commercial programs to drive growth § Provide market intelligence on PAM, market share, product positioning, and commercial positioning. Assess market information gaps and develop plans to address § Coordinate with country teams to provide competitive intelligence to the BU, pricing and sales, preparing competitive comparisons. § Ensure goal alignment and collaboration between responsible BU, sales (including industry) & market access on commercial activities § Provide information to the global marketing team on regional customer needs, market trends, program results, sales requirements § Provide communications, guidance and oversight for portfolio-aligned local domain expert community § Align with sales enablement team to ensure effective sales competency development § Ensure excellent support for sales including effective launches , competency development, competitive comparisons, value propositions by industry / application and success stories § Maintain AP input into the customer reference database § Sponsor the development and distribution of internal and external case studies
