We are seeking a PART-TIME (approximately 20 hours/week) Marketing/CRM Coordinator for our Akron/Canton offices. This person is the first point of contact for all marketing events and strategies at the local office level. S/he contributes to the implementation and execution of the industry and service group marketing plans, and acts as liaison to the firm marketing team. Responsible for regional campaigns including direct marketing and email campaigns. They will also be responsible for coordinating speaking engagements as well as overall event coordination. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
Management and execution for all marketing events, initiatives, and strategies in the local office
Key contact for the offices with a direct link to the firm marketing team to ensure consistency of strategy, messaging, and visuals
Execute regional campaigns including direct marketing, email campaigns, coordination of speaking engagements, and overall event coordination
Trade show and event coordination including pre-show planning, goal identification, event logistics, speaker submissions and promotional items, and banner orders
Assist with proposal execution receiving initial RFP and ensuring questions are answered accurately before CRL reviews and finalizes
Draft and submit local news releases
Understand, apply, and communicate ad request and submit to design team
Maintain myCLA page for office/region
Coordinates/assists in local office marketing needs including Coaching, Health and Wellness, Employee Relations events.
Manages CRM activity for the offices and ensures the data is updated with assistance of Virtual Assistant(s)
Maintenance of CRM to ensure accuracy and data integrity including frequent updates of contact information, opportunities, and activity entry
Designs dashboards and reports activity to the MPO/Team leads on a regular basis
