POSITION SUMMARY: Provides administrative support to the Development Director and Marketing Director, and Clinic Director to further the mission of caring for the health and well-being of children. This is a full-time exempt position.
POSITION REPORTS TO: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPRF Infant Welfare Society
Perform queries, generate reports and create lists including the annual report listings.
Responsible for gift entry, letters, reports, and reconciling gift accounts.
Facilitate database mailings for appeals, events and programs.
Assist with event management; tickets, sponsorship, lists, mailings, digital media, and reporting.
Coordinate meeting materials and board packets for the Board, Committees and Auxiliary.
Assist with member communications, mailings, and annual directory.
Assist with Special Projects.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Experience in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of donor management software a plus. Strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a changing environment with variable pressure. Must be able to drive and run external errands from time to time.
BA or BS Degree. Experience working for a non-profit organization a plus.
