PROGRAM COORDINATOR, MARKETING, Sloan School of Management-Sloan Fellows and Executive MBA Programs (EMBA), to manage and implement projects supporting an integrated marketing strategy and comprehensive plan for program communications, including website, social media content, recruitment collateral, and newsletter messaging. Will collaborate across the MIT Sloan Fellows and Executive MBA Degree programs, non-degree, and MBA programs to execute marketing best practices; arrange logistics for EMBA recruiting events, (webinars, information sessions, and on-site events); coordinate outbound email campaigns (EMBA), blog, and social posts and develop best practices guide; manage video content of EMBA website; collaborate with program staff, faculty, students, and vendors in the delivery of MIT Sloan's world-class Executive MBA and Sloan Fellows degree programs; and take a lead role in customer service and logistical coordination for students and visitors on EMBA program delivery days (approximately twenty Fridays/Saturdays per year).
REQUIRED: experience with blogging, social media, and content marketing campaigns; program, event, or project management skills; demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service, building relationships, multitasking, and working effectively in a pressured work environment; self-motivation; ability to work both individually and as part of cross-disciplinary teams and with other departments, faculty, and students; excellent organizational, time management, presentation, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; and experience with executive education or mid-career students. Seek a deadline-driven individual who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail. Proofreading skills are vital. A bachelor's degree and at least three years' related experience are preferred.
