The position is well-suited to an individual who has already started out in the QSR restaurant real estate industry but wishes to expand their current skill sets and responsibilities to assist us to grow Sarku’s street development in our key markets of Metro D.C. and environs and Metro NYC/N.J. (excluding Manhattan) as well as emerging markets as the program expands. Our street level expansion represents a high growth opportunity for both the business and the optimum candidate.

1. Strong negotiation skills 2. Familiarity with street real estate research methodologies to create deep understanding of target markets 3. Proven ability to prepare reliable sales estimates 4. Understanding of restaurant construction process 5. Able to manage the dealmaking processes through all stages and negotiate complex deals in a personable manner 6. Well-versed in negotiating commercial leases
